A judge has ruled that Apple must post a notice on its UK homepage to say that Samsung did not copy the design of the iPad with its Galaxy Tab. It must also take out advertisements in several newspapers and magazines, to the same effect.
It follows a ruling on 9 July, where high court judge Colin Birss said that that Samsung's tablet does not infringe upon Apple's design, because the Android-powered Galaxy Tab is "not as cool" as the iPad.
