JobVidi is a career management tool that bridges the gap between regular recruitment sites and social networks. Users can search and apply for jobs using a LinkedIn profile, keeping control over who sees any sensitive information. JobVidi -- currently in beta -- guarantees a response to any job that users apply for using their site. Those not actively looking for a job can also find out their value and marketability in other sectors. Wired.co.uk talks to founder James Brookner.
