Williams have announced reserve driver Valtteri Bottas will test for the team at this week's young driver session, which gets underway at Silverstone on Thursday. Bottas has already enjoyed a fair amount of time behind the wheel of the FW34, participating in six Friday practice sessions. “We are really looking forward to this two day young driver test, with the Thursday test being held on the Grand Prix Circuit and the Friday on the International Circuit, which is effectively the bottom half of the Grand Prix track layout,” explained Williams' chief operations engineer Mark Gillan. “We are extremely fortunate to have a young test driver with the talent, professionalism and promise of Valtteri and basically we will use these two days to put him through his paces.
