Nico Rosberg will drop five places on the grid for Sunday's German Grand Prix, after Mercedes were forced to replace the gearbox on his car following the last round at Silverstone. Rosberg finished seventh on the Practice Two timesheets at Hockenheim on Friday afternoon. "Unfortunately we have to change my race gearbox here as a precaution after discovering an issue after Silverstone, explained the German. So I will receive a five-place penalty which is a shame for our home race but I will push hard to gain a good result. As we have seen this season, a lot can happen in the race."
