New York -- Working for Silicon Valley tech companies has its perks: fluff-and-fold laundry service, free booze, game rooms, swanky company outings and food as far as the eye can see.
It's certainly that way at Google, where "food is everywhere," according to Brian Welle, the company's people analytics manager. "It's as much a part of our culture as innovation." The seemingly unending supply of delectable goodies brings its own risk: the dreaded Google 15.
