Toro Rosso to test Razia and Cecotto Jr in Abu Dhabi

Toro Rosso will run 2012 GP2 runner-up Luiz Razia and Venezuelan hopeful Johnny Cecotto Junior in next month's young driver test at Abu Dhabi's Yas Marina circuit. Razia, 23, will pilot the STR7 on Tuesday, November 6 and Thursday, November 8, with Cecotto, also 23, at the wheel on Wednesday, November 7
