Away from the hustle and bustle of the main stage, Wired.co.uk was able to speak to some of the guests of Wired 2012. Our camera crew were able to pick the mind of Rohan Silva, a senior policy advisor at 10 Downing Street.
Silva works across all areas of government policy, but has a particular passion for technology and innovation. He has been a key advisor in the use of crowdsourcing models to generate ideas and open up the government's decision making process, as well as being an advisor on the harnessing of open data and government transparency to drive social and economic innovation.
