The fifth assessment report of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) has been leaked to the web by a climate skeptic named Alec Rawls.
The IPCC's latest assessment report, which are released every seven years, was not due to be published until September 2013 but a draft was uploaded to a website called Stop Green Suicide on 13 December 2012. The PCC has confirmed the draft is genuine.
