The Hermit Kingdom is planning to launch a long-range rocket between 10 and 22 December, according to the its official news agency.
The KCNA agency claims that the aim is to launch a satellite, but many believe that the technology actually exists to launch missiles at the country's enemies. Previous tests have been widely condemned by international organisations, including the UN -- which has banned the country from ballistic missile tests.
