Possibly the worst broadband in the world

Four kilometres to the north the pavements are stuffed with fibre optic cable, lining streets dotted with drab green cabinets, all nicely tooled up for superfast broadband; but here, in semi-rural Kent, we rely on ADSL, piped in from a small BT exchange, 2.5kms to the south. You can see it is an exchange from the sign on the wall.…
