Apple launches OS X Mavericks, breaks with cat naming convention

Apple has unveiled its new OS: OS 10 Mavericks.

Introducing new features like tagging, Finder tabs, and improved functionality for multiple displays, Mavericks has a range of treats for Apple power users.

The new operating system also has new technologies for improving battery life and CPU response times.
