Pat Symonds joins Williams as chief technical officer

Williams have announced the appointment of Pat Symonds as their new chief technical officer. Symonds, who has won multiple world championships in a 30-year Formula One career, joins the Grove-based team after parting company with Marussia, where he had been working as a technical consultant since the spring of 2011
