Practice Two - Vettel leads as Red Bull dominate in Belgium

The Red Bulls of Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber were almost a second quicker than nearest rivals Lotus in Friday afternoon's second practice for the 2013 Formula 1 Shell Belgian Grand Prix. Vettel, who missed the session's last 20 minutes following a puncture, edged Webber by 0.059s around Spa-Francorchamps, with Romain Grosjean third for Lotus
