Marussia ask for patience over Bianchi updates

Marussia have thanked the Formula One community and fans for the huge outpouring of support for Jules Bianchi, and called for patience with regards to updates about his medical condition following his accident at Suzuka. The team said any further communication will be issued in conjunction with the Mie General Hospital, and in accordance with the wishes of Bianchi's family
