Vergne rules himself out of Toro Rosso contention for 2015

Jean-Eric Vergne has confirmed that he will not partner Dutch rookie Max Verstappen at Toro Rosso in 2015. The Frenchman, who has driven for the Italian team since graduating to F1 racing via the Red Bull young driver programme in 2012, made the announcement on Twitter
