Co-ownership of files and folders is now possible. This means that a document or folder can be owned by more than one person. Users can enable different permissions at different levels of the folder hierarchy. Within a folder that you have been designated a co-owner, you will be able to re-share, rename and delete documents and folders. For example, you can share ownership of any of your files and folders with a colleague, who would then be able to add more contributors for additional feedback or edits.
In addition, users can now share documents and folders with groups by selecting an Active Directory group. WorkDocs will check the permissions of the user against an Active Directory to maintain a high level of security. Sharing with the group will share the document or folder with all of the members inside the group.
Lastly, you can now share URL links to folders in addition to sharing URL links to files.
