Amazon RDS now supports Oracle 12.1.0.2, April PSU patches, improved CloudHSM integration

You can now launch the Oracle 12c database version "12.1.0.2" and take advantage of Oracle 12c and 11g April PSU patches and improved integration with AWS CloudHSM.
