AWS Config is a fully managed service that gives you an inventory of your AWS resources, notifies you when the configurations of your resources change, and lets you audit the history of the configurations for those resources.
You can now discover your active and deleted AWS resources recorded by AWS Config by simply specifying resource types. For example, you can get a list of all active and deleted EC2 instances in your account by specifying EC2 Instance as the resource type. You can also get an inventory of all your AWS resources recorded by Config by providing multiple resource types.
To start using this new capability please visit the AWS Config console or download the latest AWS SDK or CLI. Learn more about this capability by reading our API Reference and Developer Guide.
