Near Real-time Processing of Amazon CloudWatch Logs with AWS Lambda

Dear Amazon Web Services Customer,

We are happy to announce that you can now use AWS Lambda to process your Amazon CloudWatch Logs events in near real-time. This new functionality enables you to configure a Lambda function to handle your log events that are sent to CloudWatch Logs. With CloudWatch Logs, you can perform near real-time monitoring of log data from your servers or AWS resources. Integration with Lambda expands this capability to include any code that you can run in a Lambda function.
