AWS CloudTrail now records launch and termination events for Amazon EC2 Spot Instances. If you already have AWS CloudTrail logging enabled, no further action is necessary. These events will now appear in your existing trails, so that you can perform security analysis, change tracking, and compliance auditing of your Spot instance usage.
