AWS Elemental MediaConvert, a file-based video processing service, is now available in five new regions worldwide: US East (Ohio), Canada (Central), Asia Pacific (Seoul), Europe (London) and South America (São Paulo). AWS Elemental MediaConvert allows video providers with any size content library to easily and reliably transcode on-demand content for broadcast and multiscreen delivery. The service functions independently or as part of AWS Media Services, a family of services that form the foundation of cloud-based workflows and offer you the capabilities you need to create, package, and deliver video.
