The first fictional feature film, a horror movie titled South of Sanity, has been shot in Antarctica by a documentary-maker working in a research base.
South of Sanity was shot entirely in Antarctica and the cast and crew were made up of other workers on the research base. It follows 14 staff at a base in the Antarctic as they're being stalked by a murderer.
