Gutierrez and Chilton handed penalties for impeding

Sauber's Esteban Gutierrez and Marussia's Max Chilton have both been handed penalties by race stewards for impeding during the Q1 part of qualifying in Austin on Saturday. Gutierrez - who qualified in 10th place - has been given a 10-place grid penalty for blocking the Williams of Pastor Maldonado and will now start 20th on the grid
