Qualifying - Rosberg beats Hamilton to pole in Canada

Nico Rosberg pulled out all the stops to pip Mercedes team mate Lewis Hamilton to pole position in Montreal on Saturday afternoon. The German produced quicker laps than the Briton over both of his Q3 runs, eventually finishing 0.079s ahead of his championship rival. Behind the Silver Arrows, Sebastian Vettel claimed third for Red Bull, whilst Williams impressed with fourth and fifth for Valtteri Bottas and Felipe Massa.
